living will

my brother is wanting to leave his property to me and all his belonging, what is the best way for us to do that,and what would it cost. Is it possible for us to get this done our selves,if we could fine the forms.

What you want is a living trust. A living will tells your doctor whether you want to live on life support or not. A living trust eliminates the need for probate of all property and accounts held in trust. This is a complicated matter, and you should hire an attorney to create it for you. I charge $1,650.00, to create such a trust. This will save you thousands in legal fees for a probate. During his lifetime your brother can stll exercise control over the property as trustee.
