Living wills
In my living will it states that everything i own goes to my girlfriend in the case of my death. we just got married a year ago, do i need to change the will to state that she is now my wife.

A living will is your direction that "heroic" measures not be taken to keep you alive if you are in a coma and not likely to recover. Your living will does not dispose of property, so there should be no need to change it.
