locate benifi. or wills
I was wondering is there a way to find out if someone was the was the power of attorney or benificiary of my grand mother. she has a memory lost.and is in the nursing home, but building is going to get sold. Please email me back and let me know how to find out. yhank you

When a power of attorney is used for the sale of real estate, it will be recorded. Check with the County recorder of deeds office in the county where the real estate is located.
