Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

For a married couple without children--Is there a limit on the dollar amount of the assets that can be covered by a living trust? And are there assets that can't be covered under a living trust?

For the most part, you can title all your assets in the name of the trust. One of the points of the trust is to avoid having to probate assets. Thus, it's generally a good idea to move all assets into the trust that would otherwise end up in a probate estate.
