Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Married but separated for 20 years. Had a live in for 15 yrs during this time we purchased a home that we share and a house that we rent out .The down payments ,the monthly morgage,and costs for repair came out of our joint savings account .Live in has bad credit making it necessary to have only my name on mortgage. Our agreement was that this property was an investment for our future and we shared equal ownership . .Is it still possible for me to have an aggrement of joint tenantcy with survivarship .
