mom with althiemers Part two
This is part 2 of mom with althiemers question because I ran out of room and was booted done. So find part one and finish part two. Thank You. So if I cant handle my mother in law or she gets worst soon and has to go to a nursing home, how will that affect how the boys split the house money? Im sure my brother in laws will have that money gone soon. So can they deny my mother in law because some money was split? Or can my husband get in trouble or be liable? Thats what I want to know. I just want to do what best for mom. Thank You.

Here's the deal.
This can be done, but it order to comply with the medicaid law and so that each person gets their share, this has to be done in a certain sequence and in a certain way.
