my mom is deceased(NOV. 05) and i recently found out the she is the designated beneficiary of a pension fund.from(EXBOYFRIEND he died jan20 12) as administrator of her estate will i be able to receive the money. there is no contignent beneficiary listed. also will i be able to look at the pension contract

Unfortunately, the gift died when your mother died. The pension fund will now go to the boyfriend's Estate to be distributed pursuant to the terms of his Will or by intestacy if he had no Will.
