my moms brother died 30yrs ago, she has paid taxes on lot he owned in Az. how can she claim this property and put it in her name?

Repost this as an Arizona inquiry, but in all likelihood she will find it better to actually consult with an attorney in Arizona. If she is not in Arizona, she can probably handle much of this by phone, e-mail and fax. I would ask, is this a lot worth owning or is it simply draining her purse?
