Mother died, my sister had her name put on accounts one month before she died what can be done

Probably. These 11th hour changes are frequently grounds for estate contests. I will need to know a lot more before deciding how to proceed. It could be undue influence or interferrence with inheritance. Or we could simple say that mother put your sister's name on the accounts as "convenience" and that it was not intended to be a testamentary gift. I will need to know more facts.
