Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

mother died 6 years ago, leaving home split equally to 4 children..2 want to keep & rented the home out (collecting rent)..2 want to sell(not collecting rent). how long can they possibly keep this home without paying us off & not providing us with the rent money?? Its already been 6 years..
