My mother left me her house wish she had bought a year earlier. The bank said I don't need to redo loan in my name just continue making payments. But my moms lawyer says the title must be put in my name...Now Im worried if that happens the bank is going to want me to redo loan in my name and I can't qualify for loan. Must the title be put in my name and must it be done right away.
