I was named exucator of my moms estate and my brother is named as second exucator. I just found out my brother is using my moms credit card. Can i get into any trouble for him using her carde ?

Yes, under certain circumstances, particularly if you actually intend to act as Executor and are consenting to your brother's use of the card.
