Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Oursister is the administrater of my mothers estate.For over a year know she has used every excuse in the book not to close out the final accounting.For almost a year the lawyer has asked for a cuurent bank statement and all she does is say she hasn't got a cuuent one. In Dec 2012 the lawyer when into court to be taken off the case because of ethical reasons, he was and a new court date was posted for Jan 30,2013 to produce documents. It has been a week now and the judge has not entered anything about that court date.Is there anyway we can find out what happened or happening and is there anything we can do?
