what does this paragraph mean;
I hereby authorize, empower, and direct my executor hereinafter named to convert all of my real estate to cash without order of the court, said sale or sales may be at public venue or private sale according to my executor's descretion.

the personal representative shall sell the real estate, and can chose how.
