Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
My parents own a house in Chicago, and they have 5 adult children. I have invested money and obtained a loan to rehab their house that was falling apart, which none of my siblings want to do. They want to leave me their house but how do they go about leaving it to me without my siblings being able to take hold of it. Could they just leave it in a will or trust?
