if a peoperty has four heirs and only one heir wants to sell to get their share of the money, do the others have to sell the property or is there any other recourse?

The three heirs who wish to keep the property can buy out the interest of the heir who wants to cash out. The sale can be on any terms the four parties agree to. Best method is cash if the heirs have cash.
