does a person named in land trust regarding property prior to customer death override someone appointed as a public admin for a deceased customer in state of IL.

Normally, we would expect a trust signed by an individual with legal capacity to be legally enforceable on the terms set forth in the trust agreement, assuming the trust agreement was properly drafted and accepted by the Trustee.
