Re: petition for appointment of guardianship for disabled person

The form is asking for the total value of the assets of the disabled person. Personal property means: cash, bank accounts, stock accounts, retirement funds, car, possessions. Real means: house, land, commercial buildings (the full value without having it reduced by the amount of any mortgage).
