In order to petition the court yourself, you can not be represented by an attorney.

Sometimes probate estates go on for many months, or even years, due to property issues (property needs to be sold, but can't), debt or creditor issues, or litigation involving the estate.

If there are 4 attorneys involved, my guess would be that there is some kind of issue holding up the estate's distribution. Perhaps you need to sit down with your attorney to discuss what his/her strategy is to get the estate matters closed. The answer will let you know what should be done next.

Good luck to you.
