probate

when a lawyer on either side requests a deposition should that document go through the circuit clerk office and have the circuit clerk seal on it to make it legal.

normally you do not need an order to get a depo. If one side is being a jerk, you may need to, but try setting the depo up first without resorting to hardball tactics.
