Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

We had to go to probate because there was no signed will after my fathers death. Probate is finished, all receipts were signed , minus 2 nephews who wouldnt sign, and they were presented to the judge a week ago.. All court dates are done.When should we expect our money. Our lawyer said he has to go and give my nephews share to Cook Country treasure or something like that and it will postpone us getting our shares. How long will this take?
