Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

probate time???

Ok! The executor of my grandmother's estate is really taking his time with distributing our money.He has file and took money out of accounts.....the only thing left is to sell the house....i was wondering can he give money out without selling the house or is he jerking us around?

Has this case been filed with the Court? If there is a will it is a requirement. If a house is involved, then the court must be involved. More information is needed.
