Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Property

I have three elderly uncles and 1 aunt, who are heirs to some property. They want me to manage it while the are living and make sure that it is not sold once they are deceased. What kind of document do I need to get this done. We all live in Illinois but the property is in Mississippi.

You simply need to get that property into a trust and have yourself named as the trustee.

You would need a land trust of some sort. please call a lawyer who is experienced in estate planning.
