property
me and my husband have been seperated for two years. we own a peice of property together. i cant get him to sell it or buy me out. I just found out that he has rented it out to someone. can he do that without me? what are my legal options?

Get a divorce, and in the divorce process you can ask the judge to resolve the issue, i.e. force a sale or buy out or whatever.
