Property in Trust

We are one of 5 owners of a property left in a trust by deceased parents.The oldest son is a trustee.What is his duties as trustee and does he need to consult the other 4 owners before making major money decisions outside of taxes and monthly expenses? Please advise what his duties are and what rights we have when we disagree with his money decissions.

The duties of a trustee are specifically expressed in the trust document. A trustee can do whatever the trust allows him to do. You need to read the trust document.
