Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

I would like to purchase new real estate and have it owned by my revocable living trust. Which signatures, if any, pertaining to loan documents do I have to make sure I sign as trustee? My load processer want me to sign as an idividual.

In order to have the property titled in your trust, the deed is the document that needs to grant the property to you as trustee of your trust. You can sign all your documents individually.
