Quick Deed

I have legal guardianship of my grandmother. Does this guardianship allow me to do a quick deed of her property. She suffers from alhzheimers and their are evidence of questionalble dealing that she has entered into. I would like to quick deed the home in my name to ensure that there are no fraudulent wills or claims on her estate.

The terms of your guardianship will determine whether you have the power to execute the deed, but I strongly reccomend against it. You cannot take your grandmother's property into your own name. Any claims against her estate that are fraudulent will not be allowed by the court.
