Does a quit claim void a will if signed after will?

The will says the house is to be sold and the money devided

between the children (grown)

but the quit claim was signed after the will to 2 of the children does the will still apply or does the 2 have the property

A person can only leave by will what he/she owns on the date of death. Therefore, if the decedent's interest in the property was quit-claimed prior to the date of death, it was not owned on the date of death, and it would not pass by will.
