Quit clam deed

My mother passes away in 2001 in her will she stated that everything was to be left to me,her house, money, and vauables. After my mother had passed away my sister made me sign half of my mother's property which i inherited over to her. this left us both owners of the house me and my sister. my sister threatened me saying if i didnt go with her to her lawyer and sign over half the house she would take my children away from me and put me back in jail. she said she would tell the police i was using drugs and selling them,and that i was crazy and i an unfit mother because of all the medication i was on and i abused my children which none of the was not true. after my mothers death i was really afraid of how i would make it because i always lived with my mother, i was in a sever depression which didnt help because i have a mental disorder called bi-polar. See two years before my mother passes away i had just got out of prison and i was on parole for a drug case. so my sister bullied me and used this to her advantage. My sister is very overpowering and vengful. she will stop at nothing. she knew i was deathly afraid of ever going back to jail and being away from my children. while i was in prison my sister had gaurdenship of my son a

It sounds like you need to sit down with a lawyer and discuss all of these issues with him/her.

There are a lot of unanswered questions that need to be addressed.

If you don't know how to find a lawyer, call your local bar association (every major city or county should have a listing). They will be able to refer you to someone.
