Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
I received section 8 assistance and the apt. I live in is really dangerous meaning there is constantly shooting, and a young man got killed on my block this week. I only been on the program for only 2 months and they stated to me that you can move once the least is up in 12 months. But, I feel this area is not safe for my daughter and I. Is there a way section 8 will let me move out earlier to a safer location?
