What recourse do I have when an executor will not comply with an agreed distrabution of assest in a will?

Bring a motion in front of the probate judge.

If the case is in probate court you can make a motion before the probate judge to compel the executor to make the distribution. If the case is not in court then you need to open the estate in court to obtain the order.
