Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

What if I refuse to cooperate?

My brother and I are co-executors for my father who passed away a few months ago. My father had a codicil that I do not agree with. What if I refuse to sign papers, it has not went to probate yet. We still need to sell the house. What would my brother have to do? Could he continue without me? I am suspecting my brother took advantage of my fathers ailing mental state. How hard would it be for him to continue without me?

He can still get the estate opened one way or another. If you think the codicil is not legit because it was procured through undue influence, then you need to file a will contest after the estate is opened.
