Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois
self representation
I am looking for a Illinois law, rule, statute or something that will state or show that a person has the right to represent themself in a Probate heiring as a concerned party, who has a claim and does not want the Executor removed.
I want to be able to question the witnesses to prove my point.

Re: self representation
You have a right to represent yourself, but is there a reason why witnesses are being called? If there is a cause of action for which witnesses are testifying then you can question the witness if you have stake in the matter, but it has to be germane to the claim, not just to prove your point.
