Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Two siblings changed my mom's will/trust after her diagnosis of dementia. She is also legally blind and had no hearing aids when they had her sign the new documents. Can a revocable living trust be challenged after my mother dies? Or, is there nothing that can be done?

Not unless you can bring your mother back to sign a new document. You need to take these questions to an attorney who can properly review whatever documents and evidence that you may have. Changing your mom's will or trust documents is not possible w/o her signature and unless you can prove forgery you will have great difficulty proving your case before or after she dies. You would also have to prove that the signatures of the witnesses to the documents are not genuine.
