I My sister had my mother sign her to an investment account as the beneficiary upon death when she was in the alzheimers unit. What can happen here?The will says 50/50

The signature of your mother will be presumed to be appropriate until it is proved otherwise. Your remedies depend on whether your mother is still alive. Contact an attorney in your area.
