To answer this question, more information is needed. First of all, how was the property owned? For example, was it owned as joint tenants with right of survivorship? If so, what order did the sisters die in? Or was the property part of a trust? If so, the terms of the trust may control the outcome. The property could have been owned some other way as well. There is not enough information here to answer the question.

Taking your question at face value the property will be divided half and half. This assumes all sisters died "intestate" meaning with no planning. But the safe course is to observe Mr Amdani's answer because a better history is needed.
