Small estate affidavit
On a small estate affidavit, when the affiant is naming themself along w/ a minor child as the surviving heirs, how are the monies disbursed? Is the money divided equally amongst the two, because the heir is a minor, is the check made payable to the parent fbo of the minor?
Please advise.
