There are so many deadlines in estate administration it would be a mistake to try to answer this with so little information. Do you mean filing claims against the estate? Opening the estate? Taking inherited retirement plan distributions? Filing the decedent's final income tax return? Filing the estate tax return? And many many more.

Please consult with a lawyer and give him the background he needs to help you.

I agree with Mr. Turza. This area of law has so many different deadlines that no attorney could promptly answer every possible question that you might be asking. Feel free to call me to discuss your case. I won't charge for an introductory phone call.

The probate act provides a guide to the time limits for the various issues raised including opening an estate; claims period; contesting a will and the like.

I would be pleased to review your case in light of these limitations and discuss it with you.
