Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

I currently stay in a intrim/transitional housing place. Their are 24hr cameras and also a resident who lives on site. Our curfew is 10:30pm They are open mon-friday 9-5 in between those time one day out of the each week they do apartment checks which is stated in the packet they give when you firt enter the program. At 10:30pm today two people who work in the front office from 9-5 not the resident worker showed up enexpected for the first time for a nite apartment check as they say. No where in the handout packet is that stated. I feel that my privacy was violated. Are they allowed to do something like this?

If you are there as part of your parole or for the completion of a prison sentence, you have no right to privacy and your sleeping area or apartment can be checked randomly and without probable cause. Do what you are supposed to do and unannounced searches won't be a problem.
