Landlord/employer refuses to return my deceased brother's security deposit. How do I file a small claims request for documentation. I need my brother's bank account listing for the last couple years. I need the band account the security deposit was in along with the interest on the deposit. The landlord who was also his employer said the lease he sent to me was a fake and he doesn't owe me $1550 security deposit.

$5500 Punitive damages because when my brother died landlord robbed dead brother's $350 smart watch and grand theft brother's 2002 Honda Odessy Van.
Landlord/employer signed a contract he wrote absolving me from any damages to the apartment and paid me $50 to take over the apartment AS IS and agreed in the contract that he would assume/be responsible for ALL/furthur cleaning of unit.
Landlord returned brother's last paycheck, $1500 for the 2002 Honda, $99 for watch, $50 for property in unit. Refuses return of security deposit.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your brother.
The executor or administrator of your brothers estate should be filing papers as the fiduciary and the matter should be going through the probate court.
