Sueing a Parent
If my father removes me from his will because he is mad at me do I have to wait until after his death to sue to get my portion of of his estate? thank you Janice from Illinois

A father is entitled to change his Will and leave his estate to whomever he wishes. After he dies you can try to contest his Will, but unhappiness with what the will says is not a valid ground for contest.
