I am thinking of changing my regular will to Revocable Living Will. HOwever, what is the reasonable amount of lawyer's fee to prepare for this document?

It's going to depend on the complexity of your estate: how much custom drafting is needed to provide gifts for minors, special circumstances such as disabled beneficiaries, how much assistance is needed with transferring real estate into the trust or other assistance with funding the trust. Funding a revocable living trust may avoid the cost of probate resulting in savings for the estate.
You refer to a Revocable Living Will, but you probably mean a Revocable Living Trust. A living will is a document that states your intention about life-sustaining measures. Wills and trusts are documents used to structure the disposition of your estate. The cost will depend on what is involved, but the living trust may save the estate money after your passing since it provides for the opportunity (if properly funded) to avoid the opening of an estate. Arrange a consultation with an estate planning attorney.
