time limitation of reading a will (living trust)

person dies with few heirs, when does executor of living trust inform other heirs (brothers/sisters) of any inheritance? is there a time limitation?

Hello. The legal procedure is for the Will to be filed with the County Clerk immediately after the death of the person. Then an estate should be opened and at that time the heirs should be notified, pursuant to the rules of the Court. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail. Is there a living trust or a will? The living trust has a trustee, and a will has an executor. If there is a living trust a beneficiary named in the trust is entitled to the property upon the death of the person whose trust it is. A will has to be probated. Please call for a free consultation.
