Transfer of vehicle title after death with no estate filed

My mother�s broken-down car was left on my property and then she died (3 years ago) with it still there without any transfer of title. She had no will and no probate estate was filed because she had no property, only large debts She lived/died in MO and the car is titled in MO; I live in IL. Is there any way I can donate the vehicle to charity or send to a junkyard? I just want rid of it.
