Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Trust Agreement

I have a recorded Quit Claim Deed to my husband and myself as Trustees under a revocable Trust AGreement. I can't find the original signed Trust Agreement and it was never recorded. In Illinois, can I still use your Trust Revocation kit to revoke the Trust or would I first have to find the signed Trust document to prove it is a revocable trust?

Re: Trust Agreement

Trust documents don't get recorded in Illinois. Revoking a trust that holds property is a bad idea. Better would be to execute a new restatement of the Trust under the same title, with whatever terms you desire.
