trust

after my death my trust has my son and daughter as trustees. can my daughter force my son to sell the estate?

Hello. It will depend upon how your trust is worded. Unless there is a provision in the trust prohibiting a division, it is likely that your daughter will be able to obtain court relief to separate her trust interest from that of your son. I will be happy to discuss this futher and in more detail.
