Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Trust Situs

My mother's trust states: '' after my death the situs of this agreement may be changed by the unanimous consent of all the beneficiaries eligble to recieve distributions of net income under this agreement. If such consent is obtained the beneficiaries shall notify my Trustee in writing of such change in trust situs and if necessary designate a successor corporate fiduciary in the new situs.'' What does this mean? What is a situs?
