Validity of Will

If a Will is excepted to Probate on face value, and is considered valid, When there is a Will Contest and enough information is found that the validity is in question and warrents a trail, IS the Will still considered Valid? OR Is it undetermind until the trail is over?

The Will is still considered valid until the will contest is successful in overturning the Will. But as long as a Will contest is pending, no distributions should be made to beneficiaries.

A will, or almost anything for that matter, is considered valid until a court rules otherwise. Think about it, if all you had to do was raise doubt to make a will invalid, our legal system would crash.
