Validity of Will
If a Will is excepted to Probate on face value, and is considered valid, When there is a Will Contest and enough information is found that the validity is in question and warrents a trail, IS the Will still considered Valid? OR Is it undetermind until the trail is over?

Re: Validity of Will
The Will is still considered valid until the will contest is successful in overturning the Will. But as long as a Will contest is pending, no distributions should be made to beneficiaries.

Re: Validity of Will
A will, or almost anything for that matter, is considered valid until a court rules otherwise. Think about it, if all you had to do was raise doubt to make a will invalid, our legal system would crash.
