Will agreement between Grandfather & Kids
Grandfather owns farm. Dad farms it and keeps income. When grandfather dies, farm to go to Dad who agreed to pay his sister $ per acre for 20 years. When Dad dies, farm goes to 3 kids. Do 3 kids have to honor 20 year agreement in grandfather's will?

Re: Will agreement between Grandfather & Kids
The facts are not clear. This does not seem an "agreement" but a *condition* of the bequest -- i.e. Dad received it subject to obligation to pay his sister. In such case it probably continues with the property. This will depend on exact wording and exact facts.
You may want to consult an attorney directly with the material.
