Will agreement between Grandfather & Kids

Grandfather owns farm. Dad farms it and keeps income. When grandfather dies, farm to go to Dad who agreed to pay his sister $ per acre for 20 years. When Dad dies, farm goes to 3 kids. Do 3 kids have to honor 20 year agreement in grandfather's will?

The facts are not clear. This does not seem an "agreement" but a *condition* of the bequest -- i.e. Dad received it subject to obligation to pay his sister. In such case it probably continues with the property. This will depend on exact wording and exact facts.
