will
executor of will has taken all moneys and put in safety deposit box in their name. refusing to distrubite to son and daughter as the will states. what can son and daughter do?

All wills must be filed, and if no probate case is opened, then you should open one. Have your lawyer point this out to the judge. Your lawyer might be able to have the executor removed. Good luck.
